The team at Hyde Bar Galway with the support of the wider Connacht Hospitality Group are hosting a fundraiser with a difference in aid of National Breast Cancer Research Institute in the beautiful new surrounding of their private dining space “JEKYLL” on Thursday, April 14th.
The mystery will be part of the fun, as guests enjoy a delicious 4-course gourmet dinner with carefully selected wines all created and prepared by ‘TOP SECRET’ celebrity chef, with the help of HYDE head chef Ken Leyden.
Guest will be asked to cast a vote on who the celebrity chef is and winning answers will go into a draw to win an overnight stay in the JEKYLL and HYDE suites at HYDE Hotel.
