Nollaig na mBan or Women’s Little Christmas is an old Irish tradition celebrated on January 6th each year, originally created as a day where women got together for a much-needed rest after the stress of the Christmas season. Normally on this day, women from all over the country would come together to celebrate this historic Irish tradition while helping to raise awareness and funding for the National Breast Cancer Research Institute, but this year is a little different as we must stay within COVID guidelines.
So we are asking women to organise an outdoor get together, ‘A Walk’, ‘A Swim’ or a Virtual event by hosting ‘A Quiz or ‘A Virtual Concert’ – IT’s UP TO YOU! We would love to hear your ideas.
